Please be aware that external factors such as customs delays, and busy holiday periods may affect the delivery time.
How do I track my order?

Where are you based?
I am based in Singapore. All design and art pieces are created by KsanaKalpa.
There are several imitation art that are infringing on our copyright. Please support by purchasing from our original stores instead. Thank you!
Where is my order made?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Customs charges
An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
Customs policies vary for every country. Please check with your local government agency for these costs.
Returns & Refunds
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
We don’t offer returns and exchanges but if there's any misprint/damage/defect or mistake in your order, please let me know via hello@ksanakalpa within 7 days
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. Do contact me at hello@ksanakalpa with photos of your wrong/damaged items and I'll sort it with you.
General
Can I customise my order?
Yes, we accept custom orders to make changes on existing designs from our stores. You can choose to change colors, text or layout to match your space.
As some of the art is painted down, we are unable to make color changes for some of them as well.

Can I commision your for a custom design?
We are unable to design an entirely customised logo or brand due to current work schedules. Thank you for your interest!
